I'm just needing something to help me stretch my calves and get the blood pumping in my legs. I didn't want wedges that were real steep. These wedges allow my to do calf raises and stretches without feeling like it's too much of a strain for me. I'm also able to do a few squats with these without feeling like I'm going to lose my balance. I'm 53, so just looking to keep the ol' body moving and the blood pumping without killing myself on gym equipment lol.

I have a stereo system with a raised center speaker above the TV on a shelf. These worked nicely to direct the sound downward toward the listening couch, for clearer sound. The speaker doesn't move or slide.
