Saw these demo'd on TikTok and I knew this would help me with my goal! I'm 61 and had long ago stopped squatting due to stiff hips and knee pain. But if you look at the science around the ability to squat I knew I wanted to get back to this agility ability. Some people roll towels up under their heels to get back to squatting but I bought these, and after a dedicated month + of morning and bedtime slow & easy squats, I'm getting there!
