had to set alarm strategies for door sensors, then set the strategies under the Smart, then set the Fob to those. As and IT professional I find the interface very complicated., Not sure how a standard home owner can figure this out. The products are great and reasonably priced. Now that I have a deeper under standing I can set up more Yolink stuff. The Fob makes turning off the door sensor and siren alot easier. Oh and I had to Factory rest all the sensors to get them to work with the FOB.
