Based on some of the reviews, I was concerned about ordering this battery on Amazon. When I received the battery, the packaging was good, I tested the voltage (it read 12.78 vdc). I also wanted to know the manufactured date for the battery. I emailed Yuasa customer service with the codes stamped on the battery, not expecting to receive a reply for many days. A support specialist named Dawn replied within a few minutes with the mfg. date and some great advice on maintaining the battery. I was happy to find out that the battery was only a little over 3 months old. I'm pleased with my purchase.

I mean it not even close, Cranks about 6 times a long on my KTM. The KTM is not easy to get started after siting a while. The Interstate battery would barely crank the bike.

$100 but for my '18 wr250r. Was charged out of box, fast delivery. Little pricey but what batteries aren't. I would buy again.

Granted I did not keep it on a trickle charger, but I don't do that for my 4 other bikes either. The battery will not hold a charge. I'm not buying any more YUSA batteries!

I've had a very long line of Yuasa batteries in my motorcycles since 1991 and never yet been disappointed. I haven't always been very nice to my batteries nor taken good care of them, yet honestly Yuasa has taken a lot more than I'd expect and worked far longer than I deserve. Nope, Yuasa isn't paying me and I have no vested interest in the company, I'm just seriously impressed with this brand.This battery: arrived a bit slower than I'd have preferred but well within the predicted delivery. Came in fully charged, all new fasteners for the posts, cranked up my bike immediately and I now have it on an intelligent trickle charger/desulfater, so hopefully it'll last a good long time. The last one gave me 4 years of solid service despite me letting it go completely dead on numerous occasions. They're a bit more expensive than other brands, but you get what you pay for and its worth the extra to me to have the reliability.

Top quality battery, but it was damaged upon arrival. The box was in perfect shape, so it must have been put in the box with the damage already there. Maybe why the battery was so cheap. I was able to make it work with a little finagling of a screwdriver and a drillbit…. Battery works great on my CBR1000RR SP, But thought I would post a review as others have complained about this same issue.

This is a battery which is "sealed" and "activated" by the factory. As a result the expected life span of such a battery begins on the date it was "activated" by the factory; not by the date it was installed on a vehicle. I received the battery on 5-24-22. Based upon my own tests, the battery showed 12.83 volts immediately after I opened the box from Amazon. I called Yausa Customer service and they told me that the battery was Manufactured on 10-5-21 and it was Activated on 12-12-21. What this means to me is that Yuasa and Amazon - - did an Excellent job of insuring that a New - Top Conditioned Battery was sent to me! This is in comparision to two previous such batteries I've bought from dealers that had apparently had sat in some wherehouse ( not maintained) for a couple of years prior to being sold.....and did not last long at all. This battery from Amazon is holding 13.00 volts after siting 4 or 5 days - which means it is Excellent to me. Thanks to Yausa and Amazon!

Expensive OEM replacement, but you don't wanna go cheap when you're out in the middle of no where.Rock solid performance 6 months in.
