Double-sided gluing
Part 1 can be glued to the edge band, part 2 can be glued to the board, the method of double-sided gluing will make the edge sealing effect more firmly attached.
Detachable balance plate
When you need to perform edge banding operations on large plates, you can remove the table board and install a balance board, which can be used for hand-held edge banding.
Glue output adjustment
Part 1 can adjust the amount of edge sealing glue, and part 2 can adjust the glue output of the board. You can adjust it clockwise, the tighter the fix, the less glue.

I waited to review this unit until I put a good couple hours through it. I have edgebanded just under 300 lineal feet of melamine so far and it worked well. I have been in the trade for over 35 years and have used contact adhesive, iron on banding and the self feed and trimming edgebanders in this time. It takes some getting used to if you never used one of these before. I had to play with the speed and the amount of adhesive applied till I found which works best for my application. Pieces around 16" x 48" was manageable but larger Pieces was not when using it in the stand. I purchased a 24" x 48" x 3/8" thick synthetic material and built a portable table top unit to set the edgebander in with the larger work top (24×48) and it worked great for all my needs so far. I used 1mm thick edgending which really worked and looked great but was a pain to trim by hand with my regular edge trimmer. I have not tried using my trim router yet but will sometime. Will be trying the thinner thickness edgebanding in the future. Overall for the price I cannot complain about this unit so far.

I received used machine! It was used, lot of parts had noticeable since of use. Pot for glue was filled with hot melt glue. Package of glue was opened. Machine was partly disassembled and careless thrown into a box.I payed for new thing. Not for used one!

I have been ironing on edges for years because edgers cost so much for my small shop not to mention space. I figured I would give this a try because the price was cheap enough and to my amazement it really works. It requires a rhythm to push the board through at the same speed as it feeds edging but it didn't take long to get the hang of it. Right out of the box the glue was a little heavy but adjustment was easy. I'm not sure I want to sure it for a portable as it's a little heavy for that. Also not crazy about the trimmer although its no better or worse than any other hand trimmer. Overall I highly recommend this product for small shops like mine.

It is a good edgebander but the user manual is lacking and you have to watch their video and pause and write down the adjustments on your own and have knowledge on how edge banners work and good luck when you ask customers services about glue for it but the machine itself works good

I have been using this edgebander about two weeks now and it does an excellent job. i have banded about 200 edges with absolutely now problems at all. i am a cabinet builder that has been in business 30 years and have used a lot of different edgebanders. it does exactly what it says it will do. Excellent product

No es que está usada lo manchada por el pegamento se prueban de fábrica para ver qué suba el pegamento su función la cumple bien, pero si quieres mejorarla hasle una buena base y ponle un sistema opresor para tus cortes para que no vallan hacia arriba, una tijera fijada hecha a la medida para cortar el cubrecantos y una base rotatoria para el rollo de cubrecantos y ya tienes la versión de $30k por menos de $10k. Denle buen uso los que empiezan su negocio.

Ho apprezzato molto questo prodotto. Pensavo di peggio. In realtà funziona benissimo... Buona qualità , tempo di riscaldamento 5/6 minuti. Bisogna solo regolare bene la quantità di colla e funziona con tutti i tipi di bordatura. Per adesso l'ho testata anche in maniera continua per 4/5 ore e davvero sono contento.

Die Reinigung dieser Maschine ist kompliziert, aber da sie so perfekt funktioniert, habe ich eine zweite gekauft. Eine für transparenten Kleber, die andere für weißen Kleber ... soll ich eine dritte für dunklen Kleber kaufen? Zu diesem Preis ist es ohne Zögern
