Did not fit my 1996 f250, and this does NOT use straps it uses u-bolts. No plastic slinger came with it either.

I installed it on my 81 bronco with 99 super duty rear axle (10.5" sterling) and 2008 super duty front end. Exactly what I was looking for. Quality is great. Just a yoke. No nut, crush sleeve or seal. Fit the splines bang on, but it was pretty tight. But that's a good thing.

This was installed on a brand new Yukon pinion shaft and the splines were very tight. Took some tapping to get it on and off but I consider this a good thing because it's less likely to come loose. My only complaint was the plastic seal cover that comes with it is very brittle. A small piece broke off in my hand.I could have still used it but the OEM seal cover was still good and was made of a much more flexible plastic. It seems they got some things right with their plastics back in the 80s...who knew? Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the brittle plastic piece. Try to salvage your original one, if you can. Other then that, this is a high quality piece and would recommend.Oh, and don't forget to buy the U-joint straps like I did. You can't use U-bolt style on this particular yoke either.
