I used these to record different bird sounds. For a young children's library program. We did an indoor bird watch with pictures and these buttons. The kids had a blast. Clear recording, easy to use and they hold up very well. They would work great in a classroom setting too. Make sure you buy the batteries for them.

Keep commands simple tho...the quality of the recording is not great but should do the trick with training

I was excited to receive these buttons and was not disappointed with their quality and quantity. The only issue is that my Chihuahua is scared of them. I think it's because she is so small compared to the buttons. I even tried putting treats on top of them and placing her paw on them myself. She is a very timid dog, so I guess they just aren't the right fit for her. Nonetheless, they are still a great product and I highly recommend them.

Hope these are sturdy for the long haul. No directions for use were included in the pkg.Once figured out, they were easy to use.Great for people with speech issues (ex. after stroke) for getting their ideas across if a therapist or family members records what the persons likely want to say. The persons can use the colored buttons to get across the ideas they want to convey.Record button on the side would have been a better design than underneath the button because it would be good for the person with a speech issue to have the button stationary.

I have been using these for a few weeks now with my now 12 week old puppy. He pickeed up the concept right away and we are up to 6 buttons now. I plan to add more over time. They are easy to use for him and batteries seem to last. No batteries included. Not capable of charging and run off 2 AAA batteries each unit. Highly recommend and if your pup is like mine the. you're going to have to limit the use because he is pressing them consistently now. Short recording span. You get one word each. Pretty perfect for things like potty training to have one near the door and recorded "outside" and he uses it often. Makes it so much easier. You will love it.

I purchased a similar set from a different company and these are significantly quieter than the others. I am using for education, not for pet training, so I am very disappointed. In a room with cubicles, soft conversations and white noise background, these are impossible to hear without holding directly next to ear.Wish I had tried them sooner when the return window was available. Now they are useless to me.

My package arrived on time and intact but the boxes did the buttons came without instructions. I'm not sure if I need to request them or not.

These are decent quality training buttons and the sound reproduction is not as bad as I expected. My dog recognizes my voice and understands the meaning, so that's all that counts to me. I think any dog smart enough to be trainable will have no issues with learning these buttons..
