Nice long pillow, puffy and thick while provide good supports. No bad smell when opened the bag. Overall good and does its work. Also fits into the regular long pillow cover.

This thing is heavy. It is wonderful and holds its shape but it has some weight to it. It stays cool like it says. I little pricey but worth it.
