Ordered & got dual-DVI model. Very impressed of manufacture quality + tested dual-monitor (extend display to 2nd, not mirrored/duplicated) operation use. Outer item package labeled "Made In China" & not typical hard-bubble-plastic packaging in USA, however efficiently done (there's sufficient product protection via bubbled mailer). Pic. quality less than 5 star due to slight "glitch" coming-&-going at times yet haven't traced it for sure, so not certain if product or my PC/software, etc. Durability testing in progress however sufficient so far. Didn't seek Tech support so N/A here to date. Overall works satisfactory for me to date.

I tried to attach this to my Dell desktop and the two screws on the side will not move in or out. It works fine, just will not stay connected since I cannot attach the screws. I purchased a replacement in another brand that works great.

Solid DMS-59 splitter for those weird server video cards. No issues to report at all. Probably would have preferred it to be cheaper.
