We got tired of there always being water pooling around the faucet of our sink because of still-wet items (sponge, soap, brushes, etc.). This helped removed that problem! The stone absorbs the water super quick! No mold either! We also don't just spray water everywhere or put completely sopping wet items on it though, so, mileage may vary if you do. It works for our use of it, and helps keep our sink area looking nice, tidy, and, most of all, dry!Be sure to read the size measurements though before purchasing! Not all sinks/faucets are made the same, so, if you have a non-standard faucet or have a very tight area to work with, this might not fit properly!

I was getting the beginning of a hard water stain on my stainless kitchen sink, under the handle of the faucet. These guards fit around the faucet and protect the sink. The color is close to the stainless color so they're relatively unobtrusive and the water that hits them dries almost instantly. Works great.

The drawings and dimensions provided did not say how big the circular opening was. For reference, it is about 2.5" in diameter. My faucet must be about 2 5/8", because the splash guard doesn't quite fit around it. There are two separate pieces, and they don't meet together in my case - see photo. I decided to use it anyway, and so far I like it! I like that it's a darker grey color instead of white or off-white like many others. It darkens when it gets wet, but it seems to soak up the water within about 30 seconds, returning to its normal color. It has prevented water from getting all over the counter, which is the whole point. Time will tell if it stands up to long-term use. My main concern would be staining from non-water spills. We will see!

This is by far one of my favorite Amazon purchases! I used to hate the standing water around my faucet and this thing works great, looks great, is just the right size & is a great value!

Love that it dries up quickly but it didn’t come with any footer/grippies for the bottom like some other ones that I’ve ordered from different sellers.

This has been great to help soak up some of the water that gets splashed around the faucet. And it also keeps the dish soap area clean as well.

Perfect absorption BUT it had a horrible odor! It smelled like feet and old Fritos. That odor would not go away even after a soak in white cleaning vinegar. It was after the return window so I threw it away. I could not have that smell in my kitchen.

Really happy with the look and effectiveness of this mat. The stone absorbs water well and doesn’t leave any marks. Keeps my kitchen sink area looking nice!
