Purchased one of these to test out for our lumber yard. We have 5 POS stations and the few we have purchased in the past just didn’t cut it. We needed something that could handle some rough men bumping them around. We were shocked at how well they worked and ended up buying 6 more, 5 for POS and 2 for receiving.The set up is crazy easy, done within minutes. They scan from super far away and they don’t beep annoyingly loud.Would definitely recommend! 10/10

I ordered 2 for my business to preform inventory counts and to scan at registers. Both were easy to set up and work excellent. They are multi directional scans, which means you can point laser at bar code upside down, right side up or sideways.

I sell auto parts and my boss wouldn’t buy a cordless scanner for me, so I bought this with my own money and it does not disappoint. Great scanner, no more lifting heavy pales and batteries to the counter. Just scan and pay. Love it? I only gave it 4 stars because you’ll need someone with IT experience to install.

Very confusing to use. Instructions are very vague, unless you download user manual from website support. Not user friendly for people who are not tech savvy. Barcode laser stays on as if frozen and doesn't scan anything. Tried resetting to factory, tried disconnecting cradle and removed battery with zero results. not impressed by this item and price is not justified. Zebra should provide instructional videos to help with setup and troubleshooting.

Purchased several of these for Sterile Processing Department within the hospital. Unbox and connected them to the various computers, configured each in 15 seconds and all station were operating in a full 10min. Delivery service was spot on as we received them later the same evening as we ordered them.

the scanner was not included in the box, just the charger and cradle only option is refund, i need the scanner
