I almost cannot live without this product. It works wonders for your hips and spine. There are so many poses and workouts you can do, and also find on YouTube. I tend to do what feels the best and it doesn't even feel like a workout. It's a peaceful place and there are some positions that feel like nirvana on the spine.This yoga trapeze in particular is made of very sturdy parachute-like material. I had one for about four years (purple one in pic) that was a different brand, cost around $80-90 and didn't include the hanging hardware. It recently ripped so I had to invest in another. I was skeptical on this cheaper product, but decided to give it a try.I am so pleased with this. Don't hesitate based on price, this is well made and a steal for the investment for your body.

Love it. There are some other brands for well over $100+, but this one is amazing!! I use it every day. It has really helped rod me of any back pain...and allows me to stretch better than alone. Extremely sturdy, but I will say- be sure you know exactly how sturdy your mounting location is. That's the key. The product alone is capable of 450lbs+, but that all depends on your mounting location. Get a stud finder to figure which direction your ceiling beams are going before trying to mount. Mount the x mounts about hips distance apart. Then hang the daisy chains on that, and clip your swing portion, and handles on the same loops on each side. Be sure to bare some weight on each side by grabbing one side of daisy chain at a time, and lifting yourself off ground..before suspending yourself completely on swing. If it doesn't looks completely solid, I'd either recommend moving locations, or contacting a licensed builder/someone who's familiar with architecture to let you know where a safe location is. Then look up some YouTube videos to learn some poses and have fun!

this is the 2nd yoga hammock kit we have bought. the first one was almost the same price and no comparison as this one is so much better. this one comes with better hardware and easier to unclasp and clasp for different setups.

This was a fun Valentine's Day gift. Not hard to install but I did go to home Depot to get better brackets to fit directly on my beams. The one they provided is meant for a wide surface that we didn't have .

I got this swing for yoga and low back pain relief. And it works great for all that. But it also works great for other adult activities. Y’all catchin’ what I’m throwing’ down? Right! Okay so We put it through it’s paces the night it was delivered and we found that the material is good quality with clean stitching. It is sturdy, (currently I am right at 160lbs) the hardware that comes with it is also good quality. It has the ceiling mount hooks and the daisy chains. The carabiners that are provided with the swing are plenty adequate for normal use, but like I stated at the beginning of the post we will be using it for other adult activities. So we are going to get some heavy duty carabiners just Incase my old man and I get brave enough to try some of the more advanced “Yoga†poses together. All around this is a good yoga trapeze and I would recommend it to my friends. Thank you!!

Everything is great! But I’m missing a strap to hang it from my ceiling :( so I can’t hang it! Hopefully the seller can send me one?! Would appreciate it

Originally had one of these in the past and lost it during the move. I love how much cheaper it is than most places, but the quality is exactly the same as the other brands. Great buy.

My kids love this. I enjoy it to just swinging back and forth I can feel my stomach muscles and legs getting a work out. Good quality and easy for beginners. Easy to put up once found the correct drill bit. Would recommend ☺

The first 10-15 seconds of inversion on this and a spot was corrected that had been nagging my back for months, I should have bought one sooner! Love the colors and they aren't cheap with the fabric I could probably lay down in this hammock and I'm 5ft7"
