I had ordered another strap which was cheaper. That one and others I looked at were all about their strength. This was wrong, I should have looked for quality. I looked for another one right away. This one should have been my first choice. This strap has strength but also is comfortable on my hands which is very important and it does not look or feel hard. It is also easy to use and store. I would recommend this one as your first choice.

I Love The Strap. I am using it for Yoga. I'm in the beginning of My YOGA CERTIFICATION I Love how I can use it to assist me in Certain Stretching position, I use to find it Difficult to Stretch just a Little further. Now that I have assistance w YOGA STRAP it is easier to ease into a challenge. Don't Hesitate its very Durable and Price point is perfect..

A little long for me because I'm sort. However, it is really great for PT exercises, stretching ham strings, etc. Also great for a host of yoga positions.
