we live in the pac NW. further, we live on an island and a 2 hour ferry ride to "America"... this blanket is a must have for my wife on those trips. great heat output, several settings available though she's only aware of off and full power 😂.importantly it's not heavy on battery power consumption. 2 hour ride and the car starts up fine having used the blanket each time..

I was super excited to receive these blankets today I bought two of them for a road trip we are going on next weekend, thank God I tried them out before we left, I put both of them on the highest temperature and barely was even warm after 30 minutes, plus the backside is very uncomfortable it’s almost like a plastic, if you are taking a hour ride somewhere don’t expect your blanket to be warm by time you get to your destination

I am very well satisfied with my purchase. It heated up in just minutes. A must have if traveling. You never know if you got stranded on a road in winter. It could save you life.

Never gets really warm and shuts off every 30 mins. Thought the auto shut off would be something you can opt into or control but that's not the case. It just shuts off randomly every 30 mins. It's a nuisance.

No doors on our jeep so the warmth, softness and waterproofness of the blanket exceeded my expectations! Definitely recommended!
