Ooopps - i wrote the wrong review on another purchased productI need an extension nib to to enable to attach this filter.The current nib on my faucet is not long enough to get a firm seal.Currently, water squirts out the sealed gasket area.

This product does not filter water whatsoever. I have multiple Zero water pitchers at home and a Zero water water cooler jug at my office. They've always worked great and give 0 PPM as advertised for a good while.This does not filter whatsoever. Using the TDS tester from my other pitchers (they don't give you one for this, huh), not only does it not hit zero, it doesn't filter whatsoever. The meter reads identically from the "filtered" water and from the tap. Absolute waste of money

My faucet filter was not performing well so I decided to replace it with this. This one was delivered very fast with no issues. The flow rate is the best I have ever had in faucet and countertop filters. It’s also very compact. Very easy to install. It has a blinking led light that is very small. The water tastes excellent. I bought a replacement filter for about $22. It’s supposed to last 4 months ? If the filter lasts 4 months I will be surprised. If it does I’ll buy more.

Really liked the price for the unit and the filters especially compared to the jug type. My only complaint is the diverter valve drips through the regular faucet outlet when sending water through the filter. Just need to be careful when filling a container.11/29/23 The diverter valve was not leaking. As time passed the drip got worse. Finally realized it was the connection to the faucet not being tight. Re-tightened using a small pair of water pump pliers taking care not to break anything. This is contrary to the installation instructions but was the only way I could get it to stop leaking.

I used this in my kitchen sink and despite all the reviews I still decided to buy it. It was very easy to install and worked right out the gate. I used a water tester strip to see the difference in my hard water which is a very hard (around 7 or 8) and the filtered water which barely budged (6 or 7). Won't buy it again.

The improvement in water quality was instant: clearer, better taste, and less mineral buildup on our dishes and other items. The filter unit itself is well-designed, lightweight, but quality construction and parts. For example, the part that fits onto the faucet is metal instead of plastic, so it will last. The little peg to turn on the filter is also metal and shaped for easy gripping, even with wet hands. 10/10!

I purchased this filter and water tester. Tested water before and after installed filter and it took the reading down 30-40 ppm, but my overall reading stayed above 200. The faucet filter appears not to work. I tested other faucets too to compare my frig filter vs tap water vs zerowater filter, sadly the frig filter is almost the same as the tap water. It shouldn't be this hard to get safe drinking water. Also, I hate that these all pass though "safe" plastic. Plastic is not safe - we are consuming a credit card of plastic a week. It all leaches forever chemicals. We need non-plastic options in our lives.

It looks nice and was easy to install. However, after running it for half an hour straight, trying to spray out the filter, and trying to soak the filter to try to get out anything that shouldn't be in it the water through the filter still came out milky white(the tap water is clear) and had more ppm than just running the tap by itself. Looking into an under the sink ro system instead of this now.

I heard lots of good things about Zero water and what it can do. I was excited to get the Faucet Mount and be able to use it vs a Zero water pitcher. Unfortunately, there was a issue with the seal and it doesn't connect properly to our faucet. I even hired a plumber to come in to fix it and he mentioned that he's seen many issues with Zero Water Faucet Mounts. I should have ordered the Pitcher!

The ZeroWater faucet mount began to fall apart well before end of Warranty period. Main features such as the lever to switch to filtered water and filter status indicator stopped working. Contacted the company numerous times. They failed to take any action. Finally they advised me to return product to Amazon.ca, something Amazon did not give consent to. It has been the worse client service experience I have ever experienced .
