I was upgrading my spears in my Tacoma and figured a bit of sound proofing may help improve the sound of the speakers. This was an understatement as adding this budget sound deadening material not only improved sound quality by decreasing road noise it made the overall driving experience in my Tacoma phenomenal. I can have quiet conversations with my wife while enjoying soft music in the background while rolling down the freeway. My wife was instantly impressed with how much quieter my vehicle was. I did not sound proof the entire vehicle either, yet had dramatic results. I applied the sound deadened to the back of the cab and the inner part of the four doors. I did not go overboard but the change has made this my number one mod to my Tacoma.Adhesion of the material is great it cuts easily with razor knife or scissors, I ended up preferring the scissors to cut with, and the rollers really help lock the material in place.The only down side is the plastic backing sheet is hard to get started, and can tear when pealing it away so you really have to double check that the sticky side is fully exposed when applying the material. I would highly recommend this product.

I ordered this for a boat engine hatch. I opened the box and it was not what I was thinking it was.Reluctantly I installed it anyway, and much surprised at how well it worked! Easy to install, no sagging or falling off, great sound deadening, and disperses some heat.4 stars for the heat dissipation. Otherwise it was great!

Product was as described but was with out the rollers. Instead of sending it back, I just bought two rollers to be able to finish the project. I was working on.
