It started with JJ
ZippyPaws' co-founder Jen adopted an adorable golden retriever puppy in 2003. Being the friendly puppy he was, JJ quickly won the hearts of everyone he met. Some of his favorite activities include sleeping with his paws in the air, rolling in the grass, and playing with squeaky plush toys.
As a business student at the University of Southern California, Jen wanted to leverage her family's 20 years' of manufacturing experience in the pet industry and her strong design background to create a boutique brand of pet products. ZippyPaws was established in 2011 and ever since we have created toys that embody JJ's best qualities: playful, colorful, and loads of fun!

My dog is a chewer and a tugger and LOVES this ring for fetch and tug of war. I did not expect it to fly as far as it does, being just a piece of rope with heavy nylon cloth, but it floats nicely and goes about as far as any plastic frisbee without getting destroyed by his teeth like plastic frisbees do. My dog is 22lbs and I've been playing fetch and tug of war with him and so far it is holding up very nicely.

These fabric gliders don't fly as far as a "real" Frisbee, but it won't outpace your dog. Flexible to shake around for prey reflex. They last about 6 months, so not a long term toy but great for price point.

This is a super fun toy for any dog that loves frisbees. It flys/glides really well and it easy to spot, and if your dog is really good, it makes it super easy for them to catch it with their mouth, in the air. My dog is a yorkshire terrier mix with a silkie. He loves frisbees and this is one of his favorite toys. The only problem is that he loves it too much. When we go to toss it for him he leaps up and grabs it as if it's a tug of war contest. If he hangs on too much with his teeth it eventually separates the canvasing from the rope and then the rope begins to come apart. So it's not as durable as I would like it to be. And with this kind of serious play we only get about 4 months of play out of it. This is our second one. I highly recommend them, just wished they lasted longer.

Tougher than most because there is no rubber ring to break. Initially flies well but less so after dig catches in a few times. Easily deforms in flight.

This rope type of toy works great for a larger beagle - he hasn’t torn it up in one session like other toys. He also likes to chase it frisbee-style or play some rough tug of war with it. The design and the larger rope size makes it easier for me to keep him from tugging it away from me which is fun for both of us. After several weeks it’s still looking almost new. And it was about the same cost as other dog toys he destroys within hours! Buzz likes it and so do I!!

My dog Tammy Faye loooooooves tug of war. I love getting her running. It has lasted for months. This toy accomplishes both. It also hovers a bit on landing, which is fun. Tammy’s anticipation of it getting in range is a joy to watch. Love. This. Toy.

My dog is OBSESSED with these. Easy to wash when dirty, I've bought about 10 of them because, of course, with a dog who loves them so much they do get worn out overtime, but worth his happiness. I've tried buying him the expensive chuck it Frisbee and won't touch them...these are my healers GO TO
