I was trying to locate a tapping noise in my truck’s engine. It was too hard to pinpoint it and with this it works great and I was able to pinpoint the location of the tapping in my engine. I always used a piece of wood to do that up to my ear, which always worked, but this is much better to find out exactly where the noise is. What valve could be tapping so I like it.
