I have used the Wahoo since I bought my pool 11 years ago. I use it continuously throughout the summer, so it doesn't get much rest. I have replaced it due to wearing it out. Great product.

The halo feature breaks very easily. It only lasted about 8 weeks. I have tried this product twice and won't buy it again.

This product was very difficult to use. Hoses tangled up very easily. Didn't cover the entire pool when cleaning. We had to watch the cleaner the entire time while in use because it would either climb the wall or get tangled. We followed the manufactures instructions but still could not get the product to work correctly. Tired calling the manufacturer but there would be a 45 min wait to talk someone. We left a message and they said the would send a new part to try and overnight it though the mail. It's been a week and we still have not received the part. We returned this item.

Only moves backwards, climbs the walls mostly, and gets stuck in corners.
