The atmospheric river was headed to California and I didn’t have time to get to the dealer so I ordered this, not really expecting much. It arrived within a day and I immediately went to work. The first one took over a half an hour to install. The fit was very snug. For the second, I thought of using silicone spray as lubricant. That did the trick. Went on in less than 30 seconds. The size was right for my BMW X3. Great value and I managed to save quite a bit over the dealer. Don’t know how long they’ll last but I’m happy for now.

Works as expected and better than spending 50 for the pair or so for 2004 range rover hse as it uses a unique design frame with a smaller frame area in middle where it connects to the wiper arm. Just make sure to see from new refill blade where the grooves are where the frame will hold onto the blade as itll stick out a bit more but in the process itll make the other end very close to the blade holder. First picture is the new blade on the frame with old blade below it, so sticks out about 1/4 of an inch but makes it shorter on other side if you measure the blade only. Best to put it on the frame and then cut it to size to avoid being close to the blade holder like on second picture, where top blade is cut after its installed to size, below blade is when i measured the new blade with old blade and cut it. Best to put on the frame and cut to size. Overall works well and we shall see about longevity.

I have 3 vehicles that needed windshield wiper replacements; 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 2017 Kia Sorento & 2013 VW Tiguan. In the past, I used these fairly easy in a 2007 VW Passat; Slide old one out, slip these in. However, with the newer wiper designs, I think they are trying to avoid being able to use these kind of "refills". They want you to buy the entire wiper bracket instead as there is more money in it for them. My local auto parts store doesn't even sell wiper refills. Only full replacements ranging from $12-30 PER blade. The new wiper designs are sort of sealed into the bracket and don't simply slide out (picture1). Therefore, in order to get these to work, I had to cut the old refills off with a utility knife (picture2). I figured what the heck as they needed to be replaced anyway. Worst came to worst, I simply went out and got whole new blades. After getting the old wipers off, I had to re-use the the metal support strips (picture3) from the old one and slipped these new ones onto them. Could then slide them into the old wiper bracket/frame as needed. The VW Tiguan looked liked tougher blades that were sealed in there better. I now see how they are probably frame blades so I used this kit to replace wipers in the 2017 Kia & 2000 Jeep. With a little work, they now work great. This kit even came with enough so I was able to replace ALL 3 wipers on the Kia; 2 in front and 1 rear/smaller wiper. I sort of did the same with the Jeep, but had to modify the "remains" for the back wiper.Normally, replacing all 6 of my vehicles blades (4 fronts, 2 rears) probably would have cost at least $70+. I got these for $11 total to cover 2 vehicles. worth a shot. Again, you may need to put some "work" into getting these to work properly, but worth it. Hell, I see how they have colored ones as well (red, yellow, blue, etc) and might go that direction next time for some fun :-)

Update #2. Please DON'T buy these wiper refills. They are crap. I installed them 8 or 9 months ago and they are splitting apart. The original Japanese oneslasted for 6 or 7 years. Chinese junk I suspect, as the Japanese ones are superior.Update: I finally found a way to make these blades work by putting a big dollop of RTV (room temperature vulcanizing) rubber on each end. The RTV was about $5 for a tube at NAPA. They work fine now. This DOES NOT EXCUSE the Amazon vendor for claiming they are OEM replacements. Shame is the worst thing I can say.Amazon says that these wiper blade replacement rubbers are correct for my 2003 Honda Accord. They aren't! The original OEM rubbers have molded slots for the stainless steel spines that give the rubber shape and strength. The OEM rubbers also have STOPS molded in each end to prevent the spines from "walking out", as the wiper arms sweep back-and-forth. These do not. This is a big deal. Personally, I don't like having the spines "walk" out of the assembled blades, while driving thru Atlanta, in the rain, in 6 lanes of traffic. Unfortunately I don't have pictures. Sorry. Thanks Jeff Bezos. Once again, I'm your quality control.

Back in the day I could but this stuff from NAPA or other automotive shops--but not anymore. I'm so glad I found these online, because it's a total waste of materials and money to throw away perfectly fine metal wiper frames when only the bladed need to be changed.I re-used the metal ribs from my old wiper blades when I installed these. It was hard to slide them in dry, so I used dish soap as a lube and installation became much easier. I left the ends over-long by an inch or so because I didn't know how much they would contract or stretch after I put the blades in the frames. Cut later. They have a siliconey feel, so I guess that's what they're made of? They work fine, and I would know... I live in rainy Oregon.

There's no need to spend $40-$50 at the auto parts store for new wiper arms when just the rubber blade falls apart. Used these to replace the rubber insert on my Bosch wiper arms on two vehicles. Both fit great and work excellent! Saved $90 across two vehicles using these. Bought several more pair just to keep for future use. The rubber looks like fairly inexpensive quality rubber so I'm not too convinced they'll last more than a couple seasons, but then again, the basic Bosch wiper arm sets you spend $40+ on at the auto parts store look and feel the same as these and don't last much longer either. Probably the same rubber insert that OEs use.

I used these refills on the stock Volkswagen Tiguan MK2 (2019+). These were easy to install and cut to length. It has only been a couple of rainfalls, but so far they are working on par with new OEM replacements which cost 10x more. I would definitely recommend this product if you're willing to spend 10 min to swap out the rubber vs installing new wipers. For the price, you can change these out several times a year and still come out ahead.
