So helpful when my son had an arm injury. I love the ice pack that fits right inside. It even worked to elevate my other son's ankle when he had an ankle injury. It is comfortable and really good quality. I DO recommend if you are thinking about it. You will not regret it! Be comfortbale while you heal and stay elevated to help the process!

I bought this after breaking my wrist and needing to elevate my arm. It was extremely helpful, and also provided an ice pack pouch and ice pack to help with icing my arm.The material is soft, the foam is firm but not hard, and the gel ice pack maintained it's cool for quite a long time.It was very comfortable to have under my arm while sitting as well as laying in my bed.I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing to elevate their arm after an injury or a surgery.

My Hub ordered this for me after I broke my wrist. It works great on the arm of a chair or on the couch. Alas, not stable/heavy enough for me to use in bed, as we have 2 lap dogs that weight over 40lbs. Lol But for those that don't have medium or large dogs that need to sleep with you, it would be great in bed as well.

My husband had surgery on his elbow. This product was perfect for him to rest his arm and had a place for an ice pack. It was an important part of his healing and he uses it whenever his arm gets sore.

this is awesome! I had hand surgery and had to keep my hand above my heart and iced for 3 days. This is so comfortable and was everything I needed in one item. I'd highly recommend it

What really made me to buy this product but not others is this note here: "Unlike most armrest pillows, our pillow for shoulder surgery recovery comes with an extra elbow support pad and foam insert to adjust the height under your arm"...SO CONSIDERATE AND SMART!AWESOME
