I give this product from zosi a one start. product support is does not exist. the do not get back to you with the email system that is insufficient to say the least. the replacement did fix one issue of not seeing any of the cameras. but 3 cameras do not show.up even though light on camera is lit. when this system works it is worth every penny. but it doesn’t

This product was great. Installed the hard drive and it formatted to one I installed. Setup was a breeze. I would buy it again.

This is a great security camera service for a business and the price is very reasonable.BUT more than the product, I have to talk about the customer service. They respond fast, they communicate clearly and they stay with you until the issue is resolved.
