Was told even tho 1 year warranty I had to pack pay for shipping insurance etc. take photos and videos before shipping. Was told by UPS postage alone would be 90 plus dollars not including insurance and packaging. Why would I spend another good hundred after a bad 400.00 that didn't even last half warranty period. Such bad customer service I can't even believe it. In shock.how do I know it's not going to fail again? How do u not back your high end product better than that. Never ever waste your money on this company.

This machine is so easy to use. As with any espresso machine, there is a bit of a learning curve to get the perfect brew, but so far I am loving it. The tamper is metal not plastic, it comes with the frothing pitcher and 2 double insulated espresso cups. Cleaning looks easy as well. Great instruction manual.

This was an expensive purchase and so far its been great with one downside. This thing leaks badly. All features work well and it makes a great espresso but the liquid catch tray leaks badly, like all over the counter badly. Seems like there is much room for improvement on this machine. I suspect where the excess water drips into the catch tray, there should be an O-ring seal to prevent leaking. But, then they would probably charge and extra $200 for that so... I just use paper towels to sop up the leaks. Other than that... great machine.
