Having a collet and collet but for each bit you use makes things easy when you are changing bits. I have not used an indicator on them, but I could not see any runout.

I bought this set because my 1/8" collet bent inward over time causing it to hold on to the endmills when I try to change them. Much to my surprise this collet is a much more snug fit causing it to hold the endmill while it isn't tightened down which is a real treat as I won't be breaking any more endmills from them falling out.Changing my review because these aren't as high tolerance as it seemed at first after all as it already lost grip on an endmill causing it to fall and break. It is still a decent collet but not a super high end product.
