  • Applicable for: 0F97190SRV Voltage Regulator replacement fit for Generac generators; replaces and interchanges with 81918, 83049, 083049 0830490SRV, 83049GS, SRV83049, F9719, 0F9719, 0F97190SRV models. This regulator is not suitable for 0G2885/0G2885A/0G28850SRV voltage regulators. Please check carefully before purchasing whether the model is consistent.
  • Compatible Models: 0F9719, 083049 and 083048 are virtually the same, except the 083048 has no cooling fins on the back of the regulator. These regulators can be interchanged, but the 083049 and 0F9719 are thicker due to the cooling fins and will require longer bolts to replace an 083048.
  • Solve Problem: If the output voltage of your generator is too high, there may be a problem with the rectifier and it needs to be replaced in time. It can adjust the voltage output of the generator to ensure a stable and continuous power supply, thereby providing a safer and more efficient travel experience.
  • High-Quality: Made of high-quality materials and processed with multiple precision processes, it is durable and has stable performance. 0F97190SRV voltage regulator has a metal potentiometer and is no longer prone to failing into a high voltage fault.
  • IMPORTANT: After installing the new voltage regulator, you must determine if the frequency is correct. Set "mechanical governors" to 62Hz at no load. "Electronic governors" set to 60Hz at no load. After you determine the hertz are correct, measure the AC output. The voltage should be 124VAC at 62Hz with no load or 120VAC at 60Hz with no load. If the voltage is either high or low, adjust the brass screw on the blue trim potentiometer next to the red LED light to the correct voltage accordingly.

This review is for the Generac Generator 0F97190SRV Voltage Regulator for model # XG10000e Date 6-24. Okay, the regulator fit into the machine perfectly and seems as if the regulator is working as it should. Time will tell. The original problem was the generator would produce power for a few minutes at best before the generator stopped producing power. There was a noticeable reduction in engine RPM just before the generator stopped producing power. The engine never stopped running and returned to a normal RPM just after the generator stopped producing power. If you have this type of an issue, try replacing the regulator. Worked for me. Kind of spendy, but what can a fella do... they got ya. Oh, used ones can be had on the fleabag site, but this is NOT the type of part that should purchased used, imo.Good luck.

Installed, adjusted voltage and it is working perfectly. My original version had a one turn pot. This version has a 20 turn pot making adjustment more precise and hopefully more durable. Believe the wiper on the old one turn pot was the weak point of the old, original.

This was a direct replacement for a Generac 15KW Liquid cooled standby generator (1.5L engine). This one is a little thicker than the OEM due to the heat sink on the back, which is an improvement in design as far as I'm concerned. The OEM bolts were long enough to account for this. The ad is correct, you will need to adjust this once installed to obtain correct voltage. was running 104 volts originally. Easy to correct with a tiny slotted screwdriver and a volt meter. Got me back and running while spending 1/3 the cost of the OEM voltage regulator.

Worked Great, Must adjust the voltage out put. Came set at 107volt. Adjusted to 115volt output at idle...

Worked perfectly, was glad to find a replacement for an older Generac generator.
