These are great! Save time and hassle when splicing wires. My application was vehicle emergency lights. They are a set of 4 and each light has 5 wires that need to be connected in various ways for different use cases. These splices allowed me to temporarily configure the lights for testing and eventually for the final configuration. They secure the wiring well and make solid connections.Highly recommended!

If you do any electrical work, you've likely run into Wago lever wire connectors, which are a "new" twist on the traditional wire nuts. Unlike traditional wire nuts, which require you to twist the wires together and then twist on the nut, these new lever wire connectors allow you to just flip up a lever, push the wire in, flip the lever down and you're done. These lever wire connectors work in the same fashion as the Wago connectors, but they cost a lot less. So, are the they same?First, the pros to these connectors: I like that these connectors are inline (meaning wire goes in one side and wires come out the other side in a straight line), unlike most Wago connectors, where all the wires enter and exit on just one side; it makes certain wiring tasks a little tidier. I like that these connectors, like true Wagos, have a port for using a multimeter probe to test for voltage without exposing the wire (though the ports on these are a bit smaller, so I had to really push hard to get my multimeter probe in far enough to make contact), and lastly, I like that these are more economical than the Wago connectors. Lastly, I think it's clever that these connectors can clip onto each other using keyways molded into the sides of the connectors. What's the "catch"? The biggest catch is that these aren't UL or ETL listed. That's something I like to see on any device or product used with line voltage wiring, since there's always the risk of an unlisted product causing an issue that could lead to overheating, sparking or even fire. UL or ETL certification makes me more confident that is unlikely to happen. Real Wagos are UL listed; these are not. Now, to their credit, they're not claiming that they are, and they don't even make any claims as to the voltage or current rating on these connectors, so I'm not deducting any stars for that. And for my purposes, it doesn't matter, because I ordered these specifically to use in wiring up low-voltage lighting, so there's very low risk (as with all low voltage wiring) of any sparking, overheating, etc. I would also say that these connectors feel like they require a little more force to open the levers than the Wagos, perhaps in part because the levers are a bit narrower than the Wagos.Bottom line is that while these are generic lever connectors, they function as they were intended to, though I haven't been able to verify long-term use and whether these would loosen over time (I don't think they would, but can't verify either way). Without proper UL certification, or even a suggestion of max voltage/current, I'd be a little leery of using these in line voltage applications, but I think it's ultimately up to you as to whether you are comfortable doing so for your specific application.

These are really useful and really simple. They can't take more than a 12 gauge wire and even at that a solid wire works better than a stranded wire, but they will work in both cases. But when you need to make a multi splice that is strong and secure from 5 lines to a single line, this is a life saver and so easy. I replaced a big messy bus providing 12V DC power to a bunch LED lights with two of these (Power and ground) and reduced the size of the set up by more than half. Strong, secure and a very easy setup. Full 5 stars.************** VINE Notice ************************Even though I have been given this product as part of a VINE review by Amazon, my reviews are honest and not influenced by receiving the product. Quite frankly, I could buy this if I wanted it, and I am doing these reviews for fun. I am a 65 year old guy and have appreciated the very clear and detailed reviews on Amazon. I started leaving my own and was selected to give these for products that I wanted to look into. But I will call a dog a dog.*************** Explanation of Rating System *************************My rating system. 5 Stars means that it not only worked well, but had features that I wasn't expecting. That is, it worked beyond expectations. 4 Stars means it did what it said it would do and I found no problems that kept me from liking the product or annoying me to the point of wanting me to do something about it. 3 Stars means that it worked, but it had a problem significantly annoying enough that I decided that it interfered with my enjoyment of the product. 2 Stars is that the product may have barely worked, but there were enough problems that made me desire to either return it or to use it grudgingly because it was pain in the toucus. 1 Star - it simply fails in all respects, and I'll tell you why.

In my microelectronic projects, I often need to split one wire into 2, 3 or 4. For instance, splitting power from a power supply to multiple different microcontrollers. Especially when working at my bench, these are great for experimenting with different configurations. In some scenarios, I'll use these in the "final" version of my project, or I'll reduce the design to a breadboard or custom PCB. They're super handy.I've got other flavors of this - three wires in, three out for individually controllable LEDs - and these are as well made as any I've seen. They hold the wire snugly when snapped into place. Good stuff.

These wire connectors are well made from quality material. They are durable and sturdy. They are so easy to use, and I think, even better than using wire nuts. I am so glad to have these available now for my wiring needs. I am putting up a new flag pole and am wiring two spotlights for it. These are perfect for bringing one set of wires into the junction box, and then spitting them off to go to each light. Since the lights are LED, they are very low amps. and are wired with 18awg. So I do feel comfortable with these connectors for this job. Otherwise, since the rating information seems to be MIA, and they aren't UL or ETL listed, I would recommend only using them on low voltage systems. Hopefully, with time the vendor will be able to supply us with rating information and peace of mind certifications The item is as described by the seller. I am very pleased with this item and believe you will be as well. Therefore, Dr. T. highly recommends this product!!
