The net works a lot better than the handle, in my opinion, but they both work as described and are of good quality.

Both the handles and the nets are great. The nets in particular are excellent for moving full carboys and also add a little cushion when you set them down. I highly recommend the nets. The handles are OK for moving two empty carboys at one time.

The handle is a VERY tight fit on my standard 5 gallon glass carboy. I was able to get it on there with a little bit of bending and used pliers to squeeze it so I could get the screw on. Now that it is on it feels very sturdy. The carrier is a net like a basketball hoop and has nice handles on it.I definitely feel a lot safer carrying my carboy around with this addition.

When my glass water bottle is full its very difficult to move! This makes life so much easier to transport my glass bottle as those are without handles like the plastic versions.

The rope carrier works great and provides some cushion so the carboys don't clang together. The metal handles can't be used on a full jug because the glass neck will break from the weight. Those are only for the empty bottles but they are too hard to remove for it to be practical to put them on and take the off every time you fill a bottle. So buy this for the rope carriers and throw away the handles.

Carboys can be so slick and awkward so this enables my husband to put good handles for easier carrying
