My son used these diodes, alongside potatoes with alligator clips hooked to copper and zinc electrodes, and they lit beautifully! It took around four potatoes to light one diode, but they’re great for that!

Needed a bunch of red LEDs for glowing eyes for a giant animatronic spider with an arduino control board. These worked great. Very bright! Will be using the rest of them for various other electronic projects. Would buy again, absolutely.

Leds work great. Some are 2v and some 3v so just know what you need because the 3v doesn’t work if you only have 2volts DC. And of course with leds and direct current DC you can only install them one direction to make them work.Great for the $$

These diodes are a very nice shade of warm blue. They are better than the blue diodes originally in the light set! Would definitely buy again.

Bought these to make light up cards with my stem class. I used them in conjunction with copper tape. Could not get all to light. The metal prongs can only be bent once or twice, then break. Not the easiest use with 4th graders.
