The sides and ridges of the pan could be a little deeper to keep the dough from spilling over. Non-stick works great! Just make your french bread dough narrow to avoid spilling over.

It was my first time making some so... yeah they don't look great but they still tasted delicious. Had a good time using the tools except many of the recipes mention misting the top of the bread before baking for best results and it didn't come with anything for that.

Opened these this week and was pleased with the size and quality. Ran them through the dishwasher and no rust! Can't wait to bake with them.
