We have adjustable bookshelves in our house and large cabinets with adjustable shelves in our garage. On occasion these pins "magically" disappear and we have to prop up a shelf with something to keep them in place. Finally bought this set, perfect replacement for our units and enough pieces to last us quite a while. Good value for the price, cheaper than our local box stores with quick delivery

So, the value is already there. They’re not flimsy at all. They hold shelves up well. And, they fit fairly smoothly in the standard closet systems I purchased at Home Depot and Lowe’s.They’re just a smidge longer than the pins that came with the closet systems (shown in pic). Just one small issue that I was surprised to come across. Pins are placed in the vertical wall panels of a closet system and the shelves simply sit on the pins. Done deal. Perfect for 90% of my closet. But, when I placed 2 shelves parallel to each other with just a single vertical wall panel between them, these longer pins butt up against each other in the hole (forcing one to not go in all the way). Ugh. So, you have to either double-up on the vertical wall panel (which is expensive), or you can stagger the shelves. Yes, total 1st world issues, I know 😜.It’s a relatively minor issue as you may not have any shelves parallel to each other. With my closet system, I only had that occurrence in a few places. So really, just something to note. That aside, this is a great product. I’ve purchased multiple packs already from this vendor and I’m sure I’ll need more in the future. Would definitely buy these again.

I needed more shelves in some cabinets and for multiple book cases.I cut a 4’ x 8’ birch wood into many shelf pieces and I needed these pegs to add more shelves. Works great and fit perfectly.
