These work great, and seem very reasonably priced. My only issue was that the insert tool had too large an outer diameter and didn’t fit either of my soldering irons(a Weller wep70 and some cheap chinese thing). Fortunately I was able to quickly and easily turn it down to size, but if you don’t have a lathe, that could be a problem.

Drilled and tapped holes only last so long in PLA. These add strength and longevity to my parts!

These brass inserts are a must-have for anyone serious about 3D printing. They add a professional touch to my projects, allowing me to embed durable metal threads in printed parts. The heat set process is simple and ensures a snug fit in the plastic.

These M3 threaded studs work great. The supplied soldering iron adaptor makes them easy to drive in various materials - I've used without issues on 3D printed PLA and PETG.

We use these professionally to put threads into 3D prints for making prototypes and even small scale manufacturing. They are great for experimenting because we can get them quickly and in relatively small numbers. No issues with them. They are completely fit for purpose.
