Hoist is received in thoughtful package and at good status. It use for my old car engine repaireasy to use and the E button is also very thoughtful and professionali dispensed 2 AA batteries for the remote, because the package was not (which is common in orders delivered by Amazon), remote control suits my garage. Anyway, it's nice and also economical for mei recommend this product!

Works well, but the lift is to one side of the spool of cable, which is centered. This causes the weight being lifted to be off-center, which torques the housing to one side and makes the hoist hard to roll along a track. It would benefit greatly from a roller under the spool to keep the cable centered.

Even though my first 1-star review pointed out issues, I do realize things go wrong from time to time. The main thing is the reaction.I am overwhelmingly satisfied with this supplier reaction. Essentially, immediately after my review, they responded, and absolutely made the situation right! They certainly deserve my updated 5-star review. Kudos!!The third time I used it, the cable became hopelessly tangled on the spool causing the unit to seize, and bending the limit switch bar. Since this is a fairly powerful unit, the cable is incredibly tight and unmovable.In addition, it took me a while to be able to install it properly, and now they are telling me that the return window has closed, even though there is no mention of a return time limit. So I am stuck with this, apparently with no recourse.I would hope they see this and do the right thing, so I can update this review more positively.

This is not a heavy duty lift but for the money it is a great value for light duty lifting

Set up as instructed and won’t start. Wireless controller doesn’t operate hoist or even connect to it

My garage wood shop is mine again! The YATOINTO 120V Heavy-Duty Electric Hoist makes simple work of difficult projects. I have had a cluttered garage because it's a convenient place to drop things off. It got to the point that I couldn't do any projects. Getting the Christmas decorations up to the attic was a breeze with the YATOINTO 120V Heavy-Duty Electric Hoist. I wish I had more room because I'd use two of them.

Don't trust the dimensions on this. It's bigger and they have the dimensions for a smaller hoist. Nice hoist though, I've been lifting 1300 lb concrete block with ease.
