Great product great price. This is a much more effective security device than mace in my opinion. The noise that it makes plus the strobe light of fact I think could deter a number of threat situations with people and animals. For a little confidence enhancer when you’re out on a walk or to carry on your keychain it’s a handy little item for the price. I’ve given several as gifts I like it so much. I have dropped it at least once or pulled the pin out and the sound goes off, so make sure you know how to put the pin in quickly.

Sturdy, loud, flashy.Only issue I had was that the gold connector came undone after a couple days and I almost lost the alarm. A strong carib8ner from Target solved that problem.

This has no way to secure the main part of the alarm to anything. I bought this to secure to an outdoor peice of equipment but no place to secuire the alarm. I will have to basically use strong tape and create a place to hook a string too. It needs to stay in place once the pin is pulled.

I got one of these for myself, my daughter’s and my niece. They are very loud and very easy to use and small enough to hang on your keychain. Hopefully they will never have to use these alarms, but you can never be too safe and in the event that they are put in an unsafe or dangerous situation the alarm could allow a few extra seconds to get away.

Item arrived early. It’s a small item however it’s incredibly loud. It releases a piercingly loud and almost painful sound. Very nice…hope to never need it.

Purchases for my teenager who is going out of country on a vacation and taking the train back home. Was worried about them making this first trip on their own in being away on their own and thought that this would be a solution. I love the size and the noise level that this little device projected especially for the cost the only thing I would change is the connection loop that it comes with it's awfully large and between the size of the loop and the unit itself it's quite cumbersome. We switched it to a smaller carabiner and clicked it to their bag and it was perfect.
