The quality is better than I expected for the price. The bore seems concentric enough for my purposes (cutting off 3/4" welds at 0.200 a pass with a roughing end mill. Will try some more intricate stuff soon but wanted to make sure it could handle that first.

I wasn't sure what I would be getting for this price but after using this a number of times for both heavy cutting as well as light finish passes I have no complaints.
