I rarely give 5 stars, but these little tart pans are excellent. I’m impressed, they are well made and heavier than the silver colored ones. I like that you have 2 and can make one to keep and one to give. A 9-10â€round recipe will fill them both. My crusts released easily. I used for both a short rust and a chocolate one with success. The rectangular shape can be cut straight across or alternating wedges.

This rectangular tart pan is the perfect size for making Focaccia bread. I had a hard time finding the right pan/appliance to make this bread. This pan is great because it’s the right size and height, and the removable bottom makes the bread really easy to remove. Because I’m only making bread, I won’t run into any issues with the pan leaking. It’s the perfect size to cut up the bread into 1 inch slices. Very happy with the size and quality of this tarte pan!

This tart pan set was priced at 24 CAD at the time of ordering. I’m impressed with the quality. I use it to make fruit tarts, and the removable bottom makes it easy to clean. The construction is solid.
