Just what I was looking. The tart pan is is constructed of a thick material and like that the bottom is removable! Will enjoy using it for many recipes!

I have never been much of a baker, but this lovely tart pan has brought great success for my efforts. Each crust is lovey to behold. The conductivity of the pan is uniform so there are no hot spots. The non -stick finish makes for easy removal of the tart to a serving tray or board and fast, easy clean-up. Nice quality too.

I have yet to make the first tart in this, but upon opening the packaging I found the quality of the pan to be excellent. I'm a graduate of culinary school and used very sturdy tart pans there. This one measures up even though it is slightly thinner.Another reviewer positively mentioned liking the included parchment paper rounds, and I agree this is a good addition. I plan to make a Linzer tart with my first use of the pan.
