I was in the process of tossing an old Black and Decker air station in the garbage when I looked these up. i retrieved the air station from the trash, installed one of these and voila, works like new. Seal well, work perfectly, easy to install.

Fit the compressor hose easy, and works great. It is made out of metal instead of plastic that came on the compressor originally, so it should last years longer. It clips onto the tire valves solid, real good grip, and it’s inexpensive for two. I Highly recommend it.

The air chuck on our 20+ year old Black & Decker air station was so worn that it wouldn't lock down. We had almost resigned ourselves to having to replace the entire hose with one of the much shorter, plastic chuck replacements that are offered now when we came across this product.Super easy to install. I simply cut the old chuck off as close to the end as I could, soaked the cut end in hot water for a few minutes (this really helps, especially with older hoses), slid the new chuck on and tightened the clamp. Worked perfectly! Two things you need to watch out for. Other reviewers are correct about the clamp. It's a total pain in the butt. Be sure that it will tighten before you slide it onto the hose and install the chuck. My first one was a dud. Second, be sure that the clamp screw is on the side and not underneath the chuck leaver. This clamp is absolutely my only complaint with this product. It appears to be sturdy, there is a spare if it ever proves not to be and our old faithful Black & Decker lives on.

Great little valve, the best to upgrade to, or replace an old worn one. Had a pump that had a terrible click on head, struggled every time to get it to either lock on or not leak. Got these, immediatly cut off original and mounted this one, now i love that airpump, was thinking of throwing it away till now.

Used on Black and Decker air compressor, original clamp on one started leaking, on tire stem.

The plastic locking air chuck for my bicycle pump finally gave up and broke. These metal fittings work just great for my Bell floor bicycle pump w/ digital read out. I even think the pressure readings on the digital read out on the pump are now more accurate because of the upgrade. Worth it.

I have a variety of home-made tire inflators, both for home use as well as some small CO2 ones stored in the gear bags of my two motorcycles. Pictured is a tire inflator I built using the pump and motor from a rechargeable Campbell/Hausfeld inflator after the battery completely died. Wired the motor with an AC/DC power converter so I could run it off a wall outlet and used a small 30 cal ammo can as the housing (bought the power converter, pressure gauge, and valve chuck on Amazon).Like the title says, I've been using these valves for years. I used another brand for a few years before that (ones with oval shaped heads on the levers), but I needed more and decided to try a different brand, so I bought these. The other brand with oval heads leaked, but these don't leak. And as a result, because they don't leak and form an air-tight seal on the tire valves, when I lift the lever after inflating a tire the valve actually pops off on it's own, I don't have to yank on it to pull it off releasing air from the tire in the process.Another small benefit of these over the oval shaped head ones is the flat-topped lever is a lot more comfortable when pressing the lever down than the oval shaped. I used to cut and grind the oval heads flat, but no need with these valves.I liked these so much I bought several to replace all of the other ones I was using, and to have extras on hand. I threw away the ones with oval heads.Great valves, high quality, been using them regularly for several years (multiple times a week). I highly recommend them.

Needed to replace the chuck on my electric inflator. Tried it right away on my bicycle tires, bringing them up to 60psi. No leaks or any other issues. Based on that experience, highly recommend.
