Super good value. As a KJ that works where limited internet can destroy a good karaoke night, I needed the ability to download about 350 GB of catalog music for off line playback. The computer I had was only 350GB total capacity.Imagine my surprise at the robust performance of this 1TB capable unit. I’ve retired my other computers, as this one not only holds the entire music library, but two professional karaoke systems and all my other software.This was an exceptional find for me right out of the box. Easy setup, fast operation, I was in business quickly.

Outstanding value. Excellent packaging, worked right off the bat perfectly. Can't say enough about it other than maybe the manual could be a little better for somebody that's not real familiar with computers. But it's hard to say anything bad about this computer excellent battery life, the real bargain is the one terabyte solid state drive model. I went back and forth with their customer service about a spare charger. They were very quick and helpful in their responses. This is one of the best buys I have ever made from Amazon. The computer is excellent, very fast and easy to use. They went to a lot of work to make this laptop "just right". Many kudos to them for the product and customer service. Wonderful to deal with a customer service that is quick, to the point and to the point which is kinda rare these days.

So far for the dollars its been a 4.5 star rating from me. Everything is as advertised and works well. It arrived a day earlier than expected and was and was nicely packaged. Fired right up outta da box.. Loaded all sorts of stuff and all went flawlessly.

Mouse pad not working and back keys not working after 1 month of use… has stayed on my desk the entire time, no damage on my part. do not waste your money!!!!

Unbelievable price for such a laptop. The Laptop was carefully packed. The speed is very good for my use. I provide computer service. The RJ45 and wireless were both needed and the ability to transform to a tablet is a great plus. It is ergonomic with it's large touch-pad and large screen. I am extremely pleased my purchase.

I bought this laptop strictly for my online college classes and I absolutely love it!!! I love it can flip it so it can be a touch screen tablet or I can use it as a regular laptop! Has really nice quality screen the only thing I wish it had a little better is the sound quality is super low. It's definitely not a laptop to like listen to music without headphones but other than that I can't think of a better laptop to buy for all of your needs!Not to mention it came with Microsoft Word and all your other Microsoft needs!
