I am setting up a fish tank and stand, and I wanted to put it on a step that was too small, so I needed to make a platform that looked nice and could support 450 pounds.I found someone selling small sheets of 3/4" HDO (High-Density Overlay) plywood on Facebook. I never heard of it. Amazing stuff. It is crazy strong and has a smooth, Black, hard finish. I used this to finish the cut edges. Came out looking like furniture, nicer and stronger than the stand I bought. The adhesive seemed to keep it in place. Time will tell if it holds up, but a small tacking nail will fix it if it ever starts to peel. Great product. Looks amazing.
