Power-Flex Battery Cable
WindyNation's Power-Flex welding battery cable is a highly flexible industrial-grade electrical cable manufactured to the highest standards right here in the USA! A high strand cable count combined with a soft, pliable EPDM insulation results in a flexible cable every time. Our cable is resistant to tears, cuts, abrasion, water moisture, and oil-based solvents. Welding battery cable is available in 4/0, 2/0, 1/0, 2, 4, 6, 8 gauge sizes in black or red insulation.
Polyolefin Heat Shrink Tubing
- 2:1 shrink ratio.

Pure Copper Tin Coated Cable Lugs

Splice
Cables are precisely cut and stripped on automated robotic cable processing machines.
Crimp
Cable lugs are attached using a 6 ton pneumatic crimper with custom dies, resulting in an ultra-strong, non-removable crimp.
Insulate
After crimping, polyolefin heat shrink tubing is applied to eliminate the possibility of moisture or chemicals penetrating into the lug/cable interface.

I learned the hard way sometimes doing things yourself doesn't work well. Not having proper crimping tools to make my own leads and my connectors pulled off, I settled on a these leads. Just make sure to buy on the larger gauge size. Too small will cause heat buildup in amperage draw. My application is a Marine battery with threaded lug posts. The 5/16" ends fit perfectly.

I'm not the world's leading expert on these kinds of things but they were short, but flexible, which I ended up needing. Worked great for my application in a 12v portable battery bank with a 100Ah AGM battery to a 6 blade fuse box for accessories. Made the run to the fuse box easy and left with without a lot of extra cable to manage.

Worked perfectly to extend our battery cables for our RV so I could attach a kill switch. Well put together, very sturdy. Terminals are nice and thick to attach a bolt to. I did have to drill out the holes to fit the terminal i was using as I couldn’t find the correct size on amazon. Not much else to say, they did what I needed to do at a good price.
