These are very handy to have together. Easier for me to hold and use now that I’m older and have difficulty threading needles. Works pretty well on my surgery needles with a little maneuvering.

I do a lot of embroidery of t-shirts and denim jackets. To me threading the needle is the hardest part. This little gadget is so easy to use. One side is the needle threader that as you slide the side button up it locks into place the needle threader and then you just slide thread threw metal loop and then push down button and thread pulls threw. The other side is a stitch remover which I haven't used yet but seems just as easy to use. One of the things about this gadget is it's a great size so you can easily find where you put it instead of the old time little metal threader you could never find where you put it. It's just a handy little tool that speeds the whole sewing process along.

The needle threader side of this will lock open. The seam ripper side won't. So you have to hold the slider with your thumb the whole time you're using it. If it's just a couple stitches, fine. But if you're taking out a lot, it gets very tiring on your hands.

I bought it cause I thought it was a great idea to be able to thread my needle and have a seem ripped on the other side. 1 was broken and when you tried to click it out to use it. They won’t stay. It’s cheap so thankfully I didn’t waste a lot of money.
