This is a pretty nice replacement pad to mount your sanding discs to on your Makita orbital sander. The metal backing plate makes the mount stiff, which is nice. Not much else to say about this - seems to be a nice replacement for those that are looking to replace a worn out mounting plate.

It fit without any issues. I was able to sand down the utility trailer with no issues. Made it easy to do & it removed all the old paint & rusting spots. Gave the new paint a smooth application & adhere to the metal. Still had a little life left in it for a couple other small projects.
