A major bonus in my opinion is that the whistle is portable, light, and produces a sound that dogs can hear but that does not annoy people.The adjustable pitch is among the nicest features. I managed to adjust it to the frequency that works best for my dog. My dog quickly learned to link the sound with commands, and now, even when she is preoccupied, she always reacts very immediately when I use it. It’s not the fault of the whistle, my dog just simply ignores the whistle, cracks me up!! I know he hears it because his ears perk up, he just ignores it. It was worth the money just to annoy him (lol).
