It is definitely universal it worked perfectly for our whirlpool stoves slightly hard to clip in but that did give a strong hold

I was dumbfounded as to why I couldn't get the heating element to plug into the new receiver. I read several reviews and one mentioned they are a tight fit and you need to insert a small flat head and spread the receiving clamps. That I did and it works great.

Make sure you have a proper element plug-in receptacle for the burner you are working with. As much can go bad with the receptacle as with the burner coil.
