I have a Pit Boss pellet grill and have replaced the original ignitor with one of these a couple of times and they work well. Unfortunately, none of them last forever and burn out after a while, so these are a good and inexpensive option.

I was able to replace the igniter in my pit boss with this product. Although there were no directions on how to replace it sent with the product, I was able to find a YouTube video to help me with this process. I have tried it once so far and it worked with the initial first try. Will stay updated on how long this igniter last.

I had been having issues with my ignitor in my Pit Boss Laredo 1000 pellet grill. This was an exact fit and super easy to replace. Replacement took approximately 15 minutes, with the majority of that time being taking covers off and replacing them.If you're having ignitor failures (as indicated in the Pit Boss grill app), give this a try. It solved my issue and was easy-peasy to accomplish.Good Luck!

I have a pit boss pro smoker that I love using, but quit working recently. I had to empty all the pellets from the hopper, and totally disassemble the bottom of a smoker to replace the hot rod. The engineers could’ve made this a lot simpler by putting the connections in the side box versus running it to the bottom of the smoker. If you replace yours, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Product works well for my smoker.
