Installation Step
Q : 1. What should I do if the roller does not work?
A : The roller does not work because the nut is tightened too much. Turn the nut under the roller and adjust the roller to a loose state.
Q :2. Does this apply to a 1 5/8" door?
A : Yes, it can fit up to 3 1/2".

Redid my flooring and broke the plastic ones that were there . The door always came out constantly. Ordered these and they are easy to install and they keep the door in place .

This bottom door guide is perfect for this individual who does not want to drill a hole in the floor. This door guide mounts to the wall with two screws that are provided. The kit allows the installer to decide from a multitude of roller settings to fit any space and door. The installation is very easy, simply screw the bottom door guide to the wall with the two screws that are provided. The rollers are connected to two bolts which are tightened with the wrench that is provided.

These work great! There are several ways to put them in place. I wanted to put up some barn doors for privacy. We live in an older house with lots of funky open spaces.We have trim on the wall and are renters, so I used command strips to stick them to the floor and that has worked well for two months. I put one on each side of the entryway.

I was trying to decide what method to use to keep my new barn door from sliding out from the wall or hitting it. I had cut a slot on the bottom and had a piece that would fit in that and guide it. Decided not to use it because it was made out of plastic and a friend had told me about these. Glad I went with this choice. I like that you can attach it to the wall. My barn door is on the bottom floor and I would have had to anchor something into the cement if I was attaching it to the floor which is always harder if I went with something else. I found a couple of studs for each one that made sure it anchored in really well. The rollers are solid and having two in each section makes sure that it runs smooth. The black powder coated matches my rollers and handle also. Win-win

Con mi hija comenzamos un proyecto, de hacer una puerta de riel, tipo granero, pero no encontrábamos un riel de las medidas y robustez que necesitábamos, asà que lo hicimos....pero al final nos dimos cuenta de que era necesario un par de topes para que la puerta no se meciera durante su recorrido lineal....busque una una solución en amazon, y sinceramente compre estas dos guÃas con bastante desconfianza....pues dejenme contarles que son super robustas, las medidas son mas que perfectas, los baleros son de alta calidad, el acero del que están hechas son de un espesor que sinceramente no me imaginaba, las recomiendo al 1000 %, Mil por ciento,........!!!!!!!!
