Very accurate and strong tip, haven’t had to replace the tip yet. Lovely weight and great product for the money. Works as it’s suppose to and I haven’t had to use the second one. I’d like to buy extra tips just for future longevity.

Bought these because I didn't want to have to sand or erase pencil marks on trim work. These work great leave a scrape make where you need to cut. Comes with plenty of tips if one dulls. Will by again.

On the plus side, you're getting two scribers and 10 carbide scribe inserts and a ruler, for a few bucks. That means you're paying about a dollar per scriber. On the negative side... you're buying $1 scribers. I've noticed that the points on the carbides are not all centered, the knurling on the end part is to a different depth/texture than the knurling on the main body, and the pocket clip is too strong plus has some sharp edges to it can damage pockets or folders you clip it on to. However, they will (lightly) scribe steel, at least for a while, and you have plenty of replacement tips. A good option for tossing in a tool bag if you have to.
