I make custom indoor gates for dogs. These latches are very easy to install and very hard for dogs to get open! You can easily add a pull string to go over the top of very tall gates so the latch can be opened from the opposite side.

I was unable to use this as it didn't fit my door. Most doorways have molding around them, and this will not allow adequate strength if you have to angle mount the wall side on molding. It has two different ways to set up the latch. It's simple to assemble and was priced appropriately.Would love to see an additional design configuration that would accommodate door molding.

This is an attractive latch with nice lines and works simply and easily. Easy to in stall. The only thing I disliked was there is no way to lock the lever so it cannot move.
