If you google it, there are a lot of suggested ways to pit cherries without a cherry pitter. Honestly, unless you happen to enjoy being cherry-stained up to your wrists and spending the whole morning doing it, they are all the pits if you are pitting a lot of cherries, lol. There are also a lot of different cherry pitters on Amazon. I chose these because I figured I'd have a backup if one broke and I needed them in a hurry. As it turned out, with 2 pitters I could put both my teens to work pitting cherries which meant that it got done in even less time. These pitters work great, even in my 14-year-old's small hands and my 17-year-old's large hands. They also seem to be very durable. Easy to clean by rinsing off and putting in the dishwasher. We did find that you will still get some cherry juice splatter and sometimes the pits go flying across the room, but that may be unavoidable.

As a lover of cherries, when it's cherry season I go to costco and buy big bags of them. This has been the greatest kitchen item of all time. It quickly and easily pops the pits out so I don't spend forever trying to remove them.

We absolutely love these. I think we have pitted probably 300 or more cherries with these so far. We used them twice so far, for hours. It has made our mission of Dehydrating Cherries so much easier!!! â¤ï¸ I will be ordering more because even my 4 year old, 5 year old and 11 year old enjoyed using these. It made us a better team and it is way more efficient than doing it by hand. Durable and great value for the money we paid for them. â¤ï¸ The pictures show the amount of cherries we pitted in just a couple hours of use!

I like the way they hold the cherries and remove the stone perfectly everytime I use it. I love my Washington cherries and this helps me pit them conveniently.

they work really good, but you have to have hard cherries or they get swished and then cherry isn't good

The black pitter worked amazing! Used it a lot, the green pitter wasn't aligned well and after a few uses the middle part broke off because the part that pushed the seed out kept bumping into the plastic instead of the hole. I might try a different brand if I'd buy again. For now the black one still works but I had to throw the other one in the trash.

I really liked these pitters, they were easy to use and didn’t pinch your fingers or hand. My granddaughter who is eleven years old could use them and they worked great. A great find and a good price. I would recommend them.

This cherry Pitter is awesome. Easy enough for the grandkids to use. They think it’s the greatest thing. No more having to spit out the cherry stones.
