The pattern works easily on olives, but the cherries, that takes some serious pushing, both hands, and I actually put my shoulder on top of that to make it work. I even turned them upside down to see if that would help. It didn't. Make sure the stem hole is pointing up when placing cherries on the pitter. It does a good job, though. It came cracked, another from another company came with one of the holes broken, as if used. Were keeping both, since pitting even 6 at a time is way better than one.

The holes for the pits to go through are a little small. It works just required a little extra work. Is a little messy but dealing with cherry pitting usually is. Still saved me tons of time pitting my cherries.

I was not entirely certain if this product would work. However, we tried it immediately after it was delivered and this is WELL WORTH the $14 cost! It pitted our cherries with hardly any force. It is AWESOME and a game changer for snacking on fresh cherries! We’d recommend this to anyone!

If you have large cherries they do not work well. I have had to do them one at time. White regular size cherries I can only do about half of how many it will hold. You have to apply so much pressure, you feel like you are going to break it.

Ok, to be clear, I don’t leave reviews. Let alone write a review mid cherry pitting. But this works great!! I have four buckets of Evans cherries (sour cherries). And using the single cherry pitter was awful! The bucket on the right is pitted. Only took me about 10 minutes. It is not hard to push down at all and removes every stone. If you’re a harvester like me, you won’t regret adding this to your “make harvesting easy†tool cupboard!

Excellent cherry pitter. When you’re pitting cherries, the juice doesn’t splatter and it stays contained… unlike the single/ traditional cherry pitter. The only reason why I didn’t give it a five stars was because it doesn’t pit larger cherries. The pits from the larger cherries don’t go through the holes. I have an Evans cherry tree in my backyard and that works perfect for me if I could, I would give it 5 stars. I love it

I bought it for preparing cherries for dehydrating etc. husband uses it daily during Cherry season we both are happy with it easy to use, clean and store.
